There are 2 types of PS Studio Credits - Subscription (ie monthly) credits and Top-Up (ie one time) credits. Subscription credits do not roll over and instead just refill each month on your billing date. Refilled/Top-up credits where you buy separate credits never expire.

Your credits are topped up approximately 1 minute after the time that you purchased it.

For example if your plan went to a paid plan on April 10th at 3:16pm your local time, then your next billing credits will top up on May 10th at 3:17pm.

So if it's the day of your top up, please be patient as it will top up based on the exact timing in the backend. If for any reason your credits did not top up on the next billing day then you can raise it to support@productscope.ai otherwise I recommend just watching out for it to top up soon!

Credits are used for self-service tools inside PS Studio — like generating product photos, videos, or listing content.

Requests are part of the AGENCY plan, where our creative team delivers assets for you (no credits needed here since we'll do all the work).

Yes we offer a full refund within the 1st 7 days of any paid plan if you haven't used your credits (or made any requests in the PS Studio Agency Plan). If you've used any credits (or requests), then its prorated based on usage.
